DESCRIPTION:
Every original element of this 1950's kitchen - including pink wall oven, cooktop and laminate countertops - was removed and replaced with contemporary counterparts with efficiency and storage in mind.  The original sink location was moved to provide views to the back yard.  A mixture of open shelving for cookbooks, glass front cabinets for glassware, and a traditional apron-front sink add texture and style to a modern kitchen.
