On-Site Design
Consultation: $300

If you are ready to discuss your project with us, please tell us about the type of project you’re considering via our Contact Form.  We will typically set up a phone call first, to discuss your project and if an on-site design consultation is requested, a meeting will be scheduled to spend 1 to 2 hours walking through your home and site, to get deep understanding of your desired scope of work, your aesthetic, and to consider preliminary solutions.  We will help you understand what to expect about construction costs and schedules.  We follow up the meeting by presenting a Design Fee Proposal that includes a detailed scope of design work, including the cost of the design through every phase.

Schematic Design + Visualization

The first step to every project is identifying your goals to improve or build upon your existing home or site.  We will help craft these objectives into a carefully detailed scope of work, with consideration for site constraints, budget and schedule.  There is always more than one solution to a design problem, and we will present multiple architectural solutions through 2-dimensional drawings and 3-dimensional renderings.

Design Development + Permit Acquisition

Once the preferred design solution is selected, we manage your project all the way through the necessary consultants' services, producing the drawings and documentation required for planning and building permits, as well as helping you to obtain bids from contractors to build the work.  We also assist you select finishes, colors and materials inside and out.  Our goal is to guide you through every phase of your project.

Project Realization

Living through a remodel is stressful.  We stick with you until the project is complete, answering questions and troubleshooting problems that come up during construction.  Regular site visits, thorough communication with all parties, as well as coordination of countless small decisions that must be made are a critical part of a successful outcome for every project.
