Nation's Restaurant
As Project Manager with Kava Massih Architects
Project Type:
Restaurant Remodel Location: Berkeley, CA Description: "This project involved a complete remodel of an existing 3,700 square foot restaurant in Berkeley for the flagship location of Nation’s Giant Hamburgers. The existing building was stripped down to its basic structure, and its façade was improved with taller windows, as well as a mix of warmer finish materials, including canted wood columns, wood doors, and siding. The design also included backlit exterior glass and steel façade that doubles as a “billboard” for Nation’s signage. In addition, a full interior remodel and site improvements were provided.
