DESCRIPTION:
What was originally supposed to be a major remodel of an existing  2-story Tudor overlooking Seattle's Lake Washington, became a much larger almost tear-down once an enormous amount of rot was found in the existing structure. The entire house was re-conceived with a modern sensibility, working with the existing footprint of the original house.
